SHIPPING AND TRACKING

SHOPWITTMORE.COM ships to domestic addresses within the United Sates via UPS, to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International, and to countries in Europe via USPS Priority Mail. We currently do not accept international orders outside of the EU and Canada at this time.

We will make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours pending credit approval and address verification. All packages are shipped via UPS. In addition to an order confirmation email, when your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.

Once your package has been delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the carrier loses or damages the package before final delivery, we will make every effort to work with you to replace your order as quickly as possible. Additional shipping charges for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items in original condition with tags and packaging can be returned using the original shipping box up to 14 days after date of purchase for a full refund minus the costs of shipping each way. If you would like to return your order, please email helpme@shopwittmore.com for return authorization. We will work with you to process your request and email you a return slip and prepaid UPS shipping label. Once we receive your return you can expect your refund to process within 10 business days.

DUTIES & TAXES

SHOPWITTMORE.COM does not collect sales tax, with the exception of certain taxable items included in orders shipped to the state of New Jersey. International orders may be subject to additional import duties, fees, and taxes, due upon delivery. Please contact your local tax authority for additional information.
